Dear Mr Ky Nguyen

I am writing to you directly to offer sincere thanks from myself and my wife for the excellent work and kindness of Khanh, your superb tour guide, who spent time with us in Hue and Hoi An from 15 February until our departure for Saigon.

He made our stay really enjoyable and is a fantastic representative for your organisation.

Our trip will always be memorable, but Khanh made it even more special with his great knowledge and wonderful way of communicating.

Thank you Khanh.

Best wishes
